My favourite relative

I did not can decide between my mom, my dad or my little brother, so I decided that my favourite relative are all my cousins. I choosed all my cousins because I lived very nice moment with they, for example we played war the boys against girl, we  played in my grandfather´s garden, the boys taked the fruit of the trees of my grandparents and they threw against neighbors, we played at being a millionaire family who traveled around the world, in the summer we went to the pool, the best was celebrate the birthday or Christmas with all the family where we did many antics of children.
I with each of my cousins ​​have some specific memories, for example with they ( in the photo) I go to the same school and with the boy have the same age, we was classmates and we are friends, with the left girl always we played that we                                              are old.

He's my spoiled cousin, every time that we see, we talk about all the things that exist or not in the planet. He have tho brothers, wich also are my spoiled cousin. They more younger than me and with the two first when they was a babies I care them, for example when the Ignacio (right photo) went the his first year the school I  accompanied him to his classroom every day until the teacher told me I could not go more because he had to learn to do his thing by himself.
The little brother have 4 years but he is very intelligent, he look all and then he talk things that anyone think that a children can say.
In this moment I do not talk about all my cousin because I have 20 cousin. I love very much all my cousin.

My fututre career

Today I am only a student of first year in veterinary medicine in Universidad de Chile. I do not why like to work in the future, but I like very options as investigation, also I like very much put a veterinary clinic or I like dedicate to travel of the others countries to help the animals in endangered.

If in the future I dedicate to the investigation I like found the cure of some illness like cancer, and other similar illness. If I put a veterinary clinic I like also put a hotel for dog, because always the people need live they dog with a person that care they pets and if they persons is a veterinary is the best!

If I a travel around the world I like very much stay in Africa because is a continent with a very diverse ecosystem, and the animal that live here need help to the very problems for example hunting , I like dedicate to legislate this problems.

In the future I like continue studying and I like specialize in the exotic animal and the nature care because is a topic that need very person work united, like a environmentalists, veterinary and others.

 

I like this photo because...

This photo was taken in 2011 on our travel to egypt. In this picture appear my mom, my dad, my brother and my close to the pyramids of Giza.this photo was taken when began the politic problem in Egypt against Hosni Mubarak,  like we was a turist we was have not contact with the ¨revolution¨, but we can saw from the hotel window the strike in the close square.
Before the photo was taken we was impressed with the beautiful place  and we do not have someone that take the picture suddenly a man approached to us and he tell us if we want that he take the photo and my father say yes, please!
I like very much this photo because appear  my family and this photo remember me a travel very funny and a travel with a very much problems XD 
This photo remember me all politic problem in egypt which was then and persist today. But the first memory that come to my head with this photo is when we had to sleep in the airport because the other airport was closed by the strike.

Why do you want to be a vet?

When I was a little girl I dreamed of  being a professional veterinarian  when I grew up, because  I always  like animals very much . All the time I saw programs related with animals on TV. For example Sabu Mafu or Eliza Thornberry- these programs inspired me.
But when I " discovered" that I had to do a rectal exam to a cow or a horse I decided to study marine biology or something like that. 
When I was 15 or 16 years old I liked these programs very much: Archeology, astronomy, biology and others.
I decided to be a vet last year when I  needed to complete the application for the university. I decided to put on the first veterinary medicine and I did not believe that I was accepted in the university of Chile.
I have many various experiences like: very difficult test, in a practice I had to vaccinate a cow, I had to deworm a goat. In the beginning I thought about getting out of thecareer because the pressure was great but now it will overcome.
I have not decided yet where I'm going to specialize in the future, I like many things as investigation,  small animal clinical or exotic animals. But with any of those I choose I will be very happy.

My favourite piece of technology

My favourite piece of technology is the iPod Touch. 

"This is a line of portable music and video player" this is the definition of Wikipedia, but for my is the best gift that my parents gave me because this piece permit me study, play, read, and other things at the same time. 
 iPod touch has a lot of applications with I can study, download music and books. The applications that I like is academic applications because they help me in diferent subjects as histology, biology, mathematic and other. 

My parents gave me the iPod on 2011 because I do not know what I wanted for christmas. 
Today in the University I use the iPod for take the picture of bones in anatomy, the laboratory samples in hitology and for read the power point. So you can say that I use the iPod every day for all I need. 
If  I do not have the iPod my life would be more difficult because I use the iPod for all I need, for example if I need know something about the on e subjects I search in the iPod and ready! but if I do not have the iPod I should search in the computer and all is more slow XD

Arctic Fox (Vulpes lagopus)

This mammal is a very pretty omnivore. I like very much because its white coats allows him survive frigid artic temperatures and when the seasons change him coats adopt a brown or gray appearance. And I like him because when I brush my little dog she looks so much like them.




Is common throughout the Arctic tundra biome. The populations are especially vulnerable during the years when the prey population crashes. The world population is thus not endangered, but two arctic fox subpopulations are. One is on Mendy Island,  which was reduced by some 85–90%, as a result of mange  caused by an ear tick introduced by dogs. The population is currently under treatment with antiparasitic
drugs, but the result is still uncertain.

Its importance in the animal kingdom is a balance in the ecosystem because them eat the overpopulation of lemmungs voles, hares. owls, eggs and carrion.

Diet:
Lemmings are the staple food for Arctic foxes. However, they are quite opportunistic, and will eat whatever is available out on the frozen tundra, even if it means scavenging leftovers from other predators, such as polar bears!they also consume berries and seaweed and because thus them considerated omnivores.

How warm up his nose the arctic fox at night?
The arctic fox has a very long tail, 40 cm. When he sleeps his tail curls over her body, covering her head and snout, so this is sheltered from the cold.

  

In my opinion...

1.-What is your opinion about women in the military? 
  In my opinion the women have the same abilities that the men, whether physical or intellectual. For example in the history wars many women have participated indirect or directly. Such as Javier Carrera Verdugo because she was a promoter of independence of Chile together her brothers. If she could in 1810 participated of something as important as independence in a century so sexist, Why the women today can not participate in military? 

2.-What is your opinion about cloning? 
 I think that the cloning is a very important progress for science only if this discoveries is used for the human and veterinary medicine, but if the cloning is used for food animal production I am in complete disagree because the food will be heavily modified genetically (more that the food of today) 

3.-What is your opinion about recycling?  I'd say that the recycling is very important because with this we can re-use some the raw materials, so we can care the planet for the people of the future. 

 4.-What is your opinion about killing stray dogs?  In my opinion killing stray dogs is the most inefficient system to reduce the population of stray dogs. The better system, in my opinion, is male sterilization, because dogs will not reproduce and thus the stray dog ​​population decrease. 

5.-What is your opinion about child labor?  I am in complete disagree about child labor because child labor is an abuse. All child need and deserves to live their childhood, not working for an adult who mistreats him.
